I order a child product and they send me an adult one,worst customer service that i ever see,they answer after a week saying to send it back if i want so because for them the barcode matching my order,i will advice to avoid buying from them

A lot Cheaper then stores.Quick delivery, goods as described.

Products were shipped over a month ago on a 48 hour service. Still not arrived (proved by tracking). Chemist.co.uk just say they will refer to to their courier but are refusing to refund or replace. Basically the order has not been fulfilled adn they refuse to accept responsibility.

Order was on 48h delivery yet nearly 2 week later still not arrived. Emailed customer services and yet to respond. Ordered 3 tubs of baby milk for newborn twins to save money which was I total waste of time

Ordered a product (special milk my baby needs) from this site, paid for 48 hour delivery, 4 days later it's not arrived, but payment has been taken. No response to my email. The phone number on the site is coming back 'not recognised'. Tried to submit an enquiry form but it came back with an error message. Essentially they've taken my money, not provided the product, and it's impossible to contact them.

Ordered. They took my money. Showing on my bank statement.
NO email.
They not answer any calls.
They won’t allow you to message online and there is no email.

Ordered some items, due for delivery yesterday…
No place to put house name on order, so Royal Mail have not delivered…

Company phone line not working….can send email either. They have my money, and I don’t have the goods.

Don’t use this company!

Arrived much faster than expected. This was for an item that I had previously purchased elsewhere, but now seems to be out of stock everywhere, except here, and was cheaper than I had found them before, so I will be using again.

If there was a choice of zero I would have used that. The service from this company has been appalling In July I placed my order when it arrived it was incorrect. The item which I received was a substitute for the item which cost £24.50 and had a value of a third of this price. They have taking the money but having e-mailed and telephoned on several occasions have had received no help. It is now September and I do not feel that I will receive any satisfaction. DO NOT EXPECT ANY THING FROM HIS COMPANY.

There was one item on the order of 3 that l needed more than the others. I then got a message to say it is not available after all . I could have ordered the other 2 items anywhere. How annoying to spend the time on the order and pharmacy check specially to receive that item and then it does not arrive.

I ordered six mouthwashes and they have not delivered my order after 3 weeks of waiting no contact by Support by email and phone has no answer, the website is down for 2 weeks with no response from the company, looks to be a scam site

I wrote this in April 2021 but still haven't received a reply.
No delivery and no support !!
No delivery and support does not respond. Ordered on January 5, still nothing. Contacted support at least 10 times without response. This is a scam company.

I am waiting on a response from Chemist.co.uk for over 3 WEEKS! What is wrong with their customer service?
I have purchased a product on the website that showed a different picture, cover and ingredients from the one I have got. Have been trying to contact them but I get no reply!

I’m waiting to find out when my parcel will be dispatched as I chose the most urgent and expensive option and it hasn’t been sent out from what I can see. I’ve received no tracking details from DPD either.I urgently need to treat my child’s skins infection. If I thought it would have taken days, I wouldn’t have purchased from you - I would’ve gone in the car to the city centre!

Ordered and paid for quantity 6 of a product but only quantity 5 were inside the pack when opened. E-mailed the vendor on the day of receipt, over two weeks ago, lodging my complaint but have heard nothing in response since. Pity really as the product was very reasonably priced and delivery time was much better than forecast.
